Roberto is an experienced technology business leader and operator. He is currently deployed as CEO of Brandprotect, where he engineered the turn-around of the core business from declining revenues to 75% year-over-year growth. He also serves as the CEO of Nulogx, a leading canadian transportation management solutions company and publisher of the Canadian General Freight Index.
Prior to joining Brandimensions, Roberto founded DME Consulting Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in strategy and M&A. Clients include Corel Corporation, AOL Canada, and BCE, where DME advised on several acquisitions with aggregate revenues north of $200 million.
Prior to DME Consulting, Roberto served as CEO for SoftQuad Software Ltd., a company he acquired through a management buy-out and subsequently took public both in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Roberto was president of Carolian Systems, a network management software solutions company.
Elias is the Chairman and founder of Greybrook a private equity firm focused on Real Estate and Healthcare.
Elias is also Chairman of Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers, the leading provider of TMS Therapy in North America. Greenbrook clinics provide a novel treatment for patients suffering with depression. He is also chairman of TearLab Corporation (NASDAQ/TEAR, TSX TLB), an ophthalmic device company developing and commercializing novel, lab-on-a-chip technologies that enable eye care practitioners to test for highly sensitive and specific biomarkers in tears at the point-of-care.
Prior to Greybrook, Elias co-founded TLCVision (NASDAQ/TLCV, TSX/TLC) where he served as President and CEO.
Elias, as CEO, built TLC into the largest eye care service provider organization in North America with revenues of more than $300,000,000 as TLC opened or acquired more than 100 laser eye clinics, over 200 mobile laser sites, more than 250 mobile cataract locations several ambulatory surgery centers and through its subsidiary Vision Source Inc. developed the largest independent Optometric Franchise with more than 2,000 locations.
TLC’s stock, listed on the TSX and NASDAQ since 1996, appreciated to well over $1 Billion during his tenure.

Sasha is an experienced private equity professional. As the CEO of Greybrook Securities he directs Greybrook’s capital markets activities across the firm’s focus areas in real estate and healthcare. Sasha is a recognized buy-side transactions expert having worked on over 25 acquisitions throughout the Greybrook portfolio. His operational experience, combined with over a decade of transactions experience, have proven to be valuable tools in leading the firm’s evaluation of prospective investments.
Sasha is the co-chair of the advisory committee for all active limited partnerships and sits on Greybrook Realty Partners’ Investment Committee responsible for providing oversight and approval of the company’s investments. Greybrook Realty Partners is the equity, expertise, and experience behind more than 50 real estate developments with an estimated completion value of $14 billion.
Sasha has developed and maintains strong relationships with both institutional and private high-net-worth investors, and has significantly grown Greybrook Realty Partners’ investor base which includes investors from over 30 countries. He has focused his efforts on expanding the firm’s capital base institutionally as well as geographically into foreign markets and was a key player in establishing the firm’s strategic push into the U.S. and its expansion into multiple real estate asset classes.
As the former CEO of Greybrook Health, he spearheaded the launch of TMS NeuroHealth Centers, a North American healthcare company focused on delivering treatment to those diagnosed with major depressive disorder and other forms of mental illness. He was also intimately involved in the acquisitions of MacuHealth and Thermaleve, and acted as financial advisor to TearLab Corporation through several financings from 2008 to 2011. Currently Sasha sits on Greybrook Health’s investment committee together with CEO and Chairman Elias Vamvakas.
Sasha is a member of the board of directors of Greybrook Capital and all of its related entities including Greybrook Realty Partners, Greybrook Health, TMS NeuroHealth and MacuHealth. He is regularly invited to speak about investing in private equity real estate and healthcare.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from York University, Sasha went on to play professional hockey for three seasons. Following this, he spent the early part of his career at CIBC and TD Securities before becoming a partner at Greybrook Capital and the CEO of Greybrook Securities.
Peter is a private equity professional with over a decade of experience structuring, financing and managing private equity transactions in real estate, healthcare and technology. He oversees the strategic direction of Greybrook Realty Partners, the equity, expertise, and experience behind more than 50 real estate developments with an estimated completion value of $14 billion.
He leads the firm’s deal origination and asset management practice and is the head of Greybrook Realty Partners’ Investment Committee responsible for providing oversight and approval of the company’s investments and portfolio acquisitions.
Peter is the co-chair of the advisory committee for all active limited partnerships and is the General Partner of over 20 active development projects across Toronto, Southern Ontario and South Florida including the Greybrook Miami Limited Partnership, a joint venture to develop the tallest residential tower in Miami. As the General Partner, Peter represents the interests of Greybrook’s global investors.
He is regularly invited to speak about Greybrook’s investment strategy and his views on investing in real estate in Canadian and US markets. He has appeared on several national real estate investment focused television and radio programs and is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences.
As a Partner at Greybrook Capital, Peter has also played a key role in the firm’s growth, participating in reverse take-overs of publicly listed entities, structuring debt and equity financings, and delivering corporate advisory services for Greybrook’s portfolio companies.
He is a member of the board of directors of Greybrook Capital, Greybrook Realty Partners and Greybrook Securities. He also sits on the advisory board of The Condo Store and The Insiders Condo Club, one of the largest pre-construction condominium brokerages in Ontario.
Peter holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a Specialist in Economics from the University of Toronto.
