Marc Létourneau is known as a trusted advisor to senior management and the Boards of many emerging growth companies and has assisted in the development and successful execution of critical strategic and financial initiatives.
Mr. Létourneau brings both financial and strategic expertise as an accomplished investment banker with over 20 years experience providing strategic advice, raising capital and negotiating mergers and acquisitions in both domestic and international markets. Most recently Mr. Létourneau was the Head of CIBC’s Healthcare investment banking practice. Previously, Mr. Létourneau was Managing Director and Head of Diversified Industries – Canada for Merrill Lynch and Managing Director and Head of Healthcare investment banking at RBC Capital Markets where he founded the group.
Mr. Létourneau provides corporate finance, advisory services and management expertise to public and private companies including Greybrook Capital portfolio companies.
