Greybrook is organized in two primary groups which allow the organization to
leverage its resources to increase organizational efficiency and drive cost reduction:
1. Executive Management Group
Greybrook is focused on the integrated management of its companies from the Board
level through operations. The Executive Management Group is responsible for all
operational and executive matters.

Mr. Vamvakas is currently the Chairman of Greybrook Capital Inc, a Private
Equity firm/Merchant Bank/Conglomerate that provides advice and capital to
private and public companies.
Mr. Vamvakas is also Chairman OccuLogix (NASDAQ/OCCX, TSX OC), a bio-sciences
corporation, whose focus is the development and commercialization of treatments
for age-related eye diseases. Mr. Vamvakas as Chairman and CEO took the company
public in 2003 raising more than $100M to complete its FDA trials and support its
commercialization strategy.
Prior to OccuLogix, Mr. Vamvakas co-founded TLCVision (NASDAQ/TLCV, TSX TLC) in 1993
where he served as President and CEO until 2003 and until recently as Chairman.
During Mr. Vamvakas' tenure as CEO, TLCs revenues grew to more than $250,000,000
as TLC opened or acquired more than 70 laser eye clinics, over 200 mobile laser
sites, more than 250 mobile cataract locations and several ambulatory surgery centers.
In the process TLC became the largest eye care service provider organization in North America.
TLC's stock, listed on the TSX and NASDAQ since 1996, has appreciated to over $1 billion during that time.
Mr. Vamvakas also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Brandimensions Inc.
Brandimensions is the parent company of BrandIntel, a research company that analyzes
online consumer-published content to advance business decision-making, and BrandProtect,
which protects an organization's clients, brands and revenues from fraud and other online abuses.
Mr. Vamvakas has received many management awards from industry and his peers.
Mr. Vamvakas was named to ''Canada's Top Forty under Forty'' in 1996. An award that
recognizes the top 40 Canadians under the age of 40.In 2005 he was also voted best of
the best by his peers.
In 1999 he was named Ernst & Young's Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year for Innovative
Partnering and Entrepreneur of the Year for Ontario in the Emerging Category.
In 2000, Mr. Vamvakas was recognized by Profit Magazine for managing Canada's
fastest growing company (TLC) with over 25,000% growth over 5 years.

Principal, Greybrook Capital Inc.
Roberto is an experienced technology business leader and operator. He is currently
deployed as co-CEO of Brandimensions, where he engineered the turn-around of the
core business from declining revenues to 75% year-over-year growth.
Prior to joining Brandimensions, Mr. Drassinower founded DME Consulting Inc., a management consulting
firm specializing in strategy and M&A. Clients include Corel Corporation, AOL Canada,
and BCE, where DME advised on several acquisitions with aggregate revenues north of
$200 million.
Prior to DME Consulting, Roberto served as CEO for SoftQuad Software Ltd.,
a company he acquired through a management buy-out in November 1998 and subsequently took
public both in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Mr. Drassinower was president of Carolian
Systems, a network management software solutions company.

Principal, CFO, Greybrook Capital Inc.
Alan oversees the cash flow and financial accounting for Greybrook, its portfolio
companies, as well as contributes to the management and direction of Greybrook.
Alan is also involved in acquisition due diligence and post-transaction transition
management, including the integration of new companies into Greybrook's group of companies.
Prior to joining the Greybrook team as a principal, Alan was the CFO of Brandimensions.
He was responsible for defining and executing Brandimensions' financial strategy, as well
as enhancing the quality and performance of its internal financial operations, human resources,
legal, treasury, and related information systems. He shared the responsibility of developing
and executing Brandimensions' overall business strategy, successful achievement of its financial
objectives, and delivery of fair value to its shareholders.
Prior to joining Brandimensions, Alan held the position of Director of Finance for the
Unisys Government Transformation Center. In this role, he was instrumental in designing,
building, and managing an integrated service delivery, financial, and quality infrastructure
that became the strategic backbone for the Unisys Global Public Sector business.
Alan has also served as a Senior Financial Executive for technology, manufacturing and
distribution organizations throughout his 20-year career, with a solid track record of
improving, solidifying and maintaining each company's financial position, human resources
management, treasury operations, and information systems.
Alan received his CA designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario,
and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Principal, General Counsel
Ms. Kim came to Greybrook Capital Inc. from OccuLogix, Inc. (NASDAQ: TEAR; TSX: TLB),
where she had been serving as the General Counsel. She brings to her current role the
experience of having been the chief legal advisor and a member of the senior management
team of a dual-listed public company together with the varied and broad corporate and securities
law experience which she had gained at Torys LLP before her tenure at OccuLogix.
Prior to commencing legal practice, Ms. Kim had served as Executive Assistant (Chief of Staff)
to a (now former) senior federal politician. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the
University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto, and she is qualified
in Ontario and New York State.

2. Corporate Finance Group
The Corporate Finance Group provides investment banking and advisory services to
both private and public companies. Knowledgeable access to capital markets allows
Greybrook and its subsidiary companies to leverage both equity and debt capital to
maximize profitability. Additionally, the Greybrook Corporate Finance is responsible
for Mergers and Acquisitions, balance sheet

Greg started his career in 1980 with Marchant Securities Inc.
Involvements have spanned several sectors and diciplines, most specifically
commercial, corporate and asset based lending, venture capital, merchant banking
and real estate finance including direct involvement in real estate development,
management and business work-outs.
Greg has been involved in, structuring and managing numerous investments
with total equity and debt financing approaching $1 billion.
These activities resulted in working with individual private investors,
their financial representatives, institutional partners and lenders.

Principal, Greybrook Capital Inc.
As a principal in Greybrook’s Capital Markets group Mr. Cucuz is responsible for providing corporate finance and advisory services to public and private companies, including the current Greybrook Capital portfolio companies. Since joining Greybrook in 2005, Mr. Cucuz has been involved in the structuring and execution of equity and debt financings for companies including Brandimensions Inc., Occulogix Inc., Plazacorp Partners III Fund, Greybrook Credit Corporation and TearLab Corporation.
In addition to his corporate finance responsibilities, Mr. Cucuz is a member of the team responsible for sourcing and evaluating new principal investment opportunities and acquisitions on behalf of Greybrook Capital.
Mr. Cucuz began his career at TD Securities and CIBC before joining Greybrook Capital Inc.

Principal, Greybrook Capital Inc.
Peter's background includes trading Financial and Technology sector equities in both
Canada and the US. His experience includes trading listed securities on the TSX, TSX-V, NASDAQ and NYSE.
Peter has been working with both private and publicly traded companies. He was the
Assistant to the VP of Operations and Investor Relations Coordinator at TLC Vision,
North America's largest eye healthcare provider which trades both on the NASDAQ and TSX.
In Addition to Mr. Politis' investor relations duties where he dealt with both private
investors and public funds, he was involved in an initial public offering of a spin-off
subsidiary, Occulogix Inc, on both the NASDAQ and the TSX.
Peter has been providing capital markets and corporate advisory services to growing
private companies throughout his tenure at Greybrook. Mr. Politis' experience includes
the structuring and execution of various capital markets transactions including different
structures of debt and equity financing involving various private investors.
Further, Peter has been involved in placing capital in various private equity opportunities
including real estate, asset backed term notes and directly into private companies.
